Is all artwork cleared?

All art rentals through Off The Walls Studio Gallery come with copyright clearance for the terms of use outlined in the rental contract. Requests to extend the time or scope of rental clearance must be made in writing.

How do weekly rentals works?

All art from Off The Walls Studio Gallery is rented and invoiced on a weekly basis. The rental period begins on the day of pick-up and continues for seven days. For example, if you were to pick up your art order on a Tuesday, the art would be due back on the following Monday. Additional weeks are billed at the rate of 50% of the first week rental.

2nd week: 50%
3rd week: 50%
4th week: Free
5th week: 100%
6th week: 50%
7th week: 50%
8th week: Free
9th week and on: 50% off

Do you offer discounts for pilots?

Yes. For all pilots, we offer 50% off rental prices. This applies to pilot rentals only. All pilot projects must be identified when setting up an account.

How do we pay you?

For all art orders whether paying by credit card or by check a valid “Certificate of Insurance”, which lists Off The Walls Studio Gallery as “additional insured” and “loss payee” must be provided. The Certificate of Insurance must be valid for at least 2 weeks after the agreed rental period.

What about credit card payments?

All orders paid by credit card must be accompanied by either a credit card authorization or you can pay our invoices on our website. The credit card authorization form authorizes Off The Walls Studio Gallery to bill the card for rental charges, late charges, handling charges and/or loss and damage charges. Deposits will be run as a “HOLD” on funds. If the art order is returned on time without any loss or damages, the hold will be released. If the art is lost, damaged and/ or returned late, Off The Walls Studio Gallery will notify the cardholder and/or the set decorator/coordinator of the fees involved before the charges are placed on the card.

How can I pay by check?

Checks must be made payable to "Off The Walls Studio Gallery". A separate deposit check and a rental check are required for all art orders. Company checks only will be accepted, no personal checks, with the payor’s name and address imprinted on the check by the check manufacturer. A check number must also be imprinted on the check. The name of the financial institution should also be imprinted on the check and checks only from the USA are accepted. Deposit checks will be returned upon complete return of the art order only when determined no rental charges, late charges, handling charges and/or loss and damage charges or late charges have been incurred.

Yes, we offer long term leasing to residential and corporate clients.

How do I set up an account?

To start a new rental all we require is a valid California Drivers License or ID, an authorized credit card, and a signed Leasing Agreement. The entire process only takes a few minutes. You can walk out the door with your new artwork or have it delivered by one of our associates for a small service fee.
